Have you just created a new account or is that an old one (from Nexon or older)? If it's a new account, please check that your email is verified -> you can check this logging in your account on our website and going to "My Account". However, if it's an old one, are you sure your transferred it from Nexon to Papaya Play back on August 2018? If you didn't, then I regret to tell you that all the data that was not migrated has been deleted and we cannot recover it.
