IMPROVEMENT FOR WAR ROCK AND FOR ITS FUTURE

Dear HGM and Papaya, You guys are great at improving the game. You have done so much thing to improve the game. You have given chance to win to Permanent weapons even without spending WRC like lucky box coz I got 1(actually 2 wins but same weapon ). You have done weapon balance, now you guys are contacting with the community and taking care of the newbie issues like vote kicking and the penalty for leaving etc. And also you guy said Software OVC is terminated. But there are still some issues need to be fixed. You have taken out permanent packages and given us chance to try our luck(i'm not a fan of it still I like the idea coz we actually are winning some retails from it). Look what they did with Counter-Strike. When the game got older like in graphics and much more bugs. They gave them a much-improved game. Warrock has a potential to go to ESL. Its a Fast paced FPS and it requires skill and brain to be the Best. Warrock has the potential to attract new gamers(Last night i played with a new player he came from CSGO). When you put mystery boxes people are buying more boxes to win the retail which means you guys are making much more money. Please as a player in War Rock you guys need to address these Issues.
1. Better Net Code which means less lag in movement and Gunfire
2. Better graphics in order to keep up with today's gaming standards(not like PUBG graphics still graphics like in CSGO)

3. The game is in game FPS depended. Address that issue too
3. Provided Permanent Packages every 3 months
4. Provide a better experience for Newbies so they will keep on playing like events for them to attain 5th slot and weapons they desire. At least let them taste the experience having that, then they will spend money to obtain it again.
5. Do some Marketing to attract new players so there will be more players to play with. The most pages we can see is 4-5. After 5 there won't be any rooms. Which means even at its peak players are less.
6. Keep communicating with the community(there are still rooms which can be improved).
7. Provide the info what you guys are doing in the background for the improvement on the game so we can at least expect something.
You guys need to address these issues for the future of War Rock.
