Hello! Can anyone tell me where to turn when nobody responds to my request for Support?

    Tried to PM a GM already? I know it's not a guarantee either but at least they will get triggered about a ticket and might look into it again.

    The reason can also be, depending on the subject of the ticket that the problem has been classified is a pool with familiar problems and so the one occupied with it had not yet treated yours. And as is known, in that case it can indeed take a whiiiiiiile before you get any response...
