When will I receive weapon of choise (event)

Last event (push mode water park) I was in the top 3. I chose my weapon of choice, the famas gold. When will I receive it?

    As you may have noticed, the rewards from the previous event haven't been injected as of yet - we are aware of the fact that you were one of the winners and we have also noted down the reward you want. It will be injected as soon as possible.

    Why i can't post a new discussion on the forum? I wrote one this morning but it is not posted yet. (it has to be approved).
    Then i'll try to write here hoping someone can help me.
    Today i tried to play warrock but the game launcher stops at this screen https://www.papayaplay.com/portal.do?tp=messages&sid=3&dataid=952 (look image) so i can't start the game.
    Can someone help me? How can i solve it?

    Hello guys, just a quick question if I may:) the other day I received a email saying that the lovely management of this game have fixed the qvc issue, and at the bottom of the email there was a coupon code to be entered in game, which I did and it said the code was already registered:( how can that be when I've never entered a code?
