WHY no GM??? and why support not working???

When i try to use support and try to report hackers or wrote to gm or anithing, support bug in and SIGN OUT me from website

I would like to know since whne wr support not working?
Will this be fixed?

WHy no active GM in game?
Today saw 2 hacker Setoviec + Kooopa4, and no respond from any GM

Setoviec
runing around as a chaser prekilling runners before round start, when
they run around map try to hide in that 20 sec while we not able to muve
he run around and killing gamers who try to hide!
If he would kill
enemy hacker would be not problem at all but he was killing only the
nabs and not killing his friend Kooopa4 who used same hack + speed hack +
OVC

So i would like to know how it is possible to contact with a
GM???? they not responding to letters in forum or report hackers if
support not working????

    To get the fastest contact with a HGM you have to PM them on Discord. I agree with you that writing on the forums is pointless since the HGM's never reply on the forum.

    i wrote them a letter not in here :)
    NO online GM on discord, i never saw a gm on it :)

    I just tested it out and I do not have this problem. Have you tried sending a ticket on a different browser? Also can you check if this link works for you to make a new ticket: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
