Druida, im having tough time understanding what you want to say :D
but terror, just lets hear out other players also. And, total war maps are hardly ever spawn killed ( even when all bases are lost ), and that's because the main base is a minefield. You cant expect players to push out 24/7 and run into the meat grinder. People are not you. Sometimes you have to hide for a while, so that the 3v7 situation would turn into 5v7 situation. Right now some people leave when they get pushed back to main base. Why do you want to punish those ones that still stay the room?
The game turns only into spawn killing when its heavily stacked by one side, That's a fact. Get it to your thick skull. There is nothing to do with the team failing. Its always stacks that make spawn kills happen.
I feel if the death count would decrease XP/score given, would you still blindly rush for bases? I see lots of players with 40 40 score, but that's worse for the team than a player with 10 1 score; or 20 10 score. dam, I saw you with 2 13 score while having 10 captures... but by basic math, thats bad for the team score.
I just want to say that spawn killing is mainly focused in Engrene and sometimes Crater and the main problem is alt bombing, because A10 and KF15 are so powerful that you cannot escape them, other than that you dont have a serious problem, If you cannot fight snipers/tanks off your main base then you are just a nub and and you are not being "spawn killed".
note: limiting alt in Engrene to 400 would still show the A10 to the ground soldiers, i would say disable bombing after 250 so that if you get into a dogfight you can take it up to 600-700 and avoid being locked on from the ground.
Firstly, increase snipers weight a lot. while you wield a sniper, you should have about the same run speed as you do if you were using m249. As in reality snipers are often even heavier than m249.
Classic rule of balancing is def/attack/speed combo.
You cant have all the good parts stacked up in one character or it will dominate the game. Since defence in our case is not in the game, we can play with the accuracy, damage and speed.
So for snipers atm, we have best accuracy, best damage, and basically best speed. To leave the sniper class as it supposed to be, we can only reduce the speed. As sniper with low accuracy/damage per bullet is not a sniper :D
Atm heavy character is balanced the same way, high damage, low speed.
Since im talking about BG then I leave other classes out, they all act kinda as one group and atm is well balanced.
Now SECOND thing I would like to see in the game, is increased fog. By that I mean visibility should be reduced to allow people play open game a bit more. Also it would reduce bad performance rates ( as we can see from current engrene update).
Most maps should have visibility up to 200m, and from 150m or even 100m it starts to get foggy. That way people have a little more room to move out without being camped by up to 10 snipers at once. Some bigger maps as conturas, dusk valley and such should have a little less fog and higher view distance, but not much.
Personally I like to play with planes, but the most boring thing is to see enemy from 1000m away and then you just head to each others direction until you get to lock-on distance and then its just kinda gamble. And even worse - it quite often ends up with collision with the enemy where one side flies away completely harmed by the collision -.-
For now dusk valley hills are really great for such game, where you have to fly between hills and merely being able to fly without crashing is already decent accomplishment. But it can be taken completely out of the game, if you decide to fly above the hilltops. ( which is where I hope they add alt limit as well )
Or the other way to make such map possible, is to add heavy fog to certain altitude, and alt limit 50-100m above the fog, so you can at least temporarily take cover if necessary.
And THIRDLY I would like to see a helicopter dogfight map, where there is NO APACHIE or any other lock-on aircraft. Also I would like that map to be also the way dusk valley is ( you have to maneuver through terrain also - first idea is the map is between the skyscrapers and alt limit is set below the top of the buildings, and some of the lower ones have repair/recharge spots on top of them.

3. Remove vehicle damage on AW50F, keep penetration power. Increase weight slightly, but keep one-shot kill in chest potential.
4. Decrease M249 accuracy to nerf Rate-of-fire/Damage/Ammo combination
5. Remove AT Mines damage to infantry
6. Nerf Famas damage per bullet, increase TTK
VEHICLES:
1. Vehicle spawn with decreased ammo amount
2. Increase vehicle repair time by both spanner and repair tool
3. Vehicle spawn shield upon spawn and 2/3 seconds after first use in main base
4. Change helicopters in Zakhar in same type (Hind/BlackHawk) Apache is too strong for this map.
5. Decrease A10 plane damage to BlackHawk
6. Block A10 plane ability to drop bombs above 250 alt, but be able to gain altitude up to 600 for dogfighting in the clouds.
7. Vehicles only able to repair/resupply on own-team capped bases' auto repair/resupply points. NIU team cannot repair/resupply in Derb main base or at Derb-owned bases.
8. Change Disturm Rafale to A10 plane
9. Adapt Luchs aim so it can aim lower
GAMEPLAY MECHANICS:
1. Remove join restrictions in BG
2. Remove Red dots
3. Remove death cam
4. Change BG default mode to Conquest mode, where flags do influence the rate of kill points being deducted. This will make significantly reduce the time a match is stuck in a spawnkilling situation as the team with all flags will win within a much faster time than with the current deathmatch mode.
5. Remove NO FOG in BG maps
6. Increase fog in Crater, sniper class has too much anti-infantry power as they can kill in the entire central Crater area.
7. Introduce rejoin timer for BG channel of 5 minutes.
8. Main base vehicles can only be entered by the associated team.
9. Pargona Dogfight map with only MD500 and a bit more fog than default Pargona East.
F2P/P2W:
1. Stinger as standard equipment for every heavy player next to PZF.
2. QLB launcher to be changed to f2p Dinar weapon
