Papaya is a scam? Pls help

I purchased 1,800 WRC, I already had a balance of 766WRC so total I had 2566WRC.
I went along and purchased 30 days premium in game. a message showed that the package will be sent to my inbox. I waited and relogged nothing had changed. The WRC wasn't deducted from my account. so I went back to purchase the 30 day premium again this time the system deducted 2 x 30day premium but only gave me 1 package of 30 day premium rather than two. The WRC has been deducted from me unfairly. I have submitted a ticket, but I have not got any answers or solutions I have been scammed what can I do?

    Hey dude, try to look inside the invetory, in the "INBOX ITEMS" or something like that. I guess you'll find the 2 premium package, then press "SEND TO INVENTORY". You have to active the premium from here.

    You have to wait for your reply from the support. They won't help you with this on the forums.

    Yep they dont help u here but SUPPORT not working since ages, so u get no help in WR cause no working support in this game :)
