Launch Error (10011)

When i opened warrock launcher i could't click icon start, and the download progress was missing. So i reinstalled the game. 

Now the icon start works fine, but when i click start a Error (10011) appears, before the game even open. 

I can use help of Easy Anti- Cheat online but this do not solve anythink. 

Can anyone help please or have the same problem? 

This is happening for days so team warrock i think you should really work hard and fast on this! Shut it down and repair the game, we are waitting.
