New school

So is the new school broke or buged because i started a new ch and went trade only to get the new  city unlocked and find that the school npc for trade has no quest what so ever ....

And u cant join the old school in the main citys any more so what am i ment to do at this point.

    Ok so after being loged out for 10 mins  after rage quiting to cool down after running around for 30minswith nothing working   lol i loged back in and that seemed to fix it because a sailor popped up talked about the school even tho i all ready did the quest
    thin i got 2 port maps north and east eu and also the trade school has quest now..

    No idea why it needed to relog to fix but it seemed to do the trick i guess
