    Same here.
    With my inventory I could have easily played for 2x more years without cashing and all I got was 130 gems.

    I'm currently really confused...

    I bet they didnt add up the unused items that are not active before the change.......really is a joke.....

    Since this is an matter which involves real money and purchases done with them, you'd expect a bit more transparency involving an exchange table or something - but nada.

    They even send out an actual message ingame saying the conversion has been done...
    Send a ticket now, so they'll can look into my account.

    Certainly won't stay put 'till this has been solved transparent and proffessionel. Currently they are just playing with our money whilst ignoring actual rights of the customer...

    yep, only got 1.4k gems for TONS of BSC weapons. (50+ BSC Weapons non-activated) =)
