Treasure Cove ticket clicking

Hi all,

This subject didn't really belong in the bugs section so I thought I'd post here.

A short time ago my other account/character decided to buy Treasure Cove tickets. I decided to buy 20, So I clicked on "buy 10 tickets" and I ended up with 40. However, the appropriate amount of uwc was deducted. I decided to keep all 40 tickets anyway, but I sent in a ticket to advise them of the problem (say, if someone only wanted 10 tickets, but ended up with 20, getting the uwc deducted for 20).

They said the issue was resolved.

Tonight, this character clicked twice for 10 tickets, meaning I should have received 20 tickets. I got 30 tickets, again, with the appropriate amount of uwc deducted (i.e. uwc deducted for 30 tickets).

Obviously, the issue was not resolved.

Please be careful folks - make sure you are receiving the right amount of tickets that you asked for; otherwise, if you are receiving more tickets than requested and they take the uwc for the tickets (they have always taken the correct amount) you will be spending money on items that you did not ask for.

    Another small correction: the first time, I clicked on "buy 10 keys" twice - meaning 10 x 2, and should have received 20 keys, but got 40.
