Need Help New Character

Question were new characters supposed to be teleported to the Academy after talking to the guild GM?  

please help as i've made 3 new characters in game and have not been able to do that or join the academy if i go the myself 

and i am not able to use the chat even to ask for help!

    Didst thou enter & exit the starting city's guilds at least twice before going to port & taking a liner to Sagres or something?
