    The price I kind of remember seeing or can work out:

    Custom Korean Warship Ticket: 500m-1b (very low levels, so some value as cargo aide ship)
    Ultimate Ship Blueprint: 500m
    Improve Lge Extra Spanker: 300m
    Custom Tailoring Tool: 15m
    Maestro Full Rig Sail: 100-200m maybe ? based on other sails ?
    Armoursmith Forging Tool: 200-300m
    Weaponsmith Forging Tool: 200-300m
    Festive Metal panel: 200-300m
    Augmented Royal Staysail:20-50m maybe ? based on other sails ?
    Delphin Moon Sail: 500m

    Generally speaking, an uwc ship part (for modding) will be worth at least 200m (since it allows a guaranteed success in overmodding), and between 500m and 1b if it is a sail/gunport part that gives bonus other than sail and gunport.

    As for ships, any (heavy) uwc ship is probably worth at least 500m (to someone lazy trying to get another ship to grade 6). A cargo aide ship (1k cargo, low levels) starts at 1b. A cargo lead ship (1k+ cargo and good speed) around 2b (fresh or ticket form). And any ship that can claim to be "the best" will be at least 15-20b and possibly a lot more, with those that are merely "very good" fetching 5-10b. Very, very generally speaking.
