With this being said, the problem that you mention should be related with connection problems to our servers.
Please follow these steps in order to help you to solve your problem:
1. Turn off your modem/router, wait 5 min and turn it on again to obtain a new IP Address;
2. Add Blackshot to the exclusion list of your Antivirus and Firewall as you can see here: http://bit.ly/22NFe9P
3. Change your DNS to the Google Public DNS as you can see here: http://bit.ly/2gBGsz0
