Rumoured School Quest

I'm trying to find that quest in Lisbon Adv Guild as the site  says but after 20 qmp i haven't seen anything

Am I doing anything wrong? please tell me if there a pre-requisites or anything

    did you get the cut scene with two guys talking about it at the docks in your home port?

    you need to have gotten this in order to be able to pull that quest

    It seems you also need to know Portuguese exactly on the character that you're getting the quest with, anyone on the fleet knowing it won't do. I feel it's also true for most, if not all, quests with language requirements. Thankfully, you can use a translation note which is sold right in Lisbon.

    I got it with just Dutch language. But like Crazyhunter says I didn't look for it in Lisbon until I got the cut scene message.

    I'm trying to learn Portugese to finish this quest. How on earth does one do so? I can't find languages for sale anywhere.

    Must have been bad luck for me then, as no quest for 10+ QMPs without Portuguese and second QMP with it. This same exact thing (except that then there were 100+ QMPs involved) happened for some other quest with me a while ago, I think it was German in the Priest job chain (and possibly more, with pets @ Calicut). Some people at ivyro comments also confirmed this, but could still be a coincidence, not for any quest with language requirements, or something overlooked though.
