Choosing a class to play

Hi!
I’m a returning player and I’ve been found tying to find a class to main. I’m trying to pick between spear dragoon and Meister, but I’m indecisive in choosing and was wondering if anyone could give advice.
Also I’m not sure where to get death MG or any of the upper lvl MGs, does anyone know where to get them?
