My Character is Gone. [Moved]

Hello,
I took a break from UWO for some months now, with my classes open and stuff. But now when I re-downloaded the game, I see my character(s) gone. I had the main character (Zephyr) that I linked when I transferred. It was the character will all the items I received as a reward for transferring my account. Also purchased premium items with it as well. I also had another character, but I can't remember the name unless you can see it in my logs.
Please Help.
