missing runes pack

i exchange my 800 dreams of seeds to jack 5 days ago.. still dont got any runes.. pls help me.. pls reply.. i write a message about this in the first day still no response..

    there would be a red ball in your inventory with the runes in - however if you bought shiney runes from jack it does seem to be bugged and its possible it did not issue to your package if this is the case please send a ticket detailing when you bought those for us.
