can't login

I tried logging into my new account multiple times now and i keep getting a message that says that my password is incorrect or that there is an error while connecting to the server. It can't be that put in the wrong password since it works on the site and I even put it in the username field to be absolutely certain that it wasn't the case. Does anyone know what I can do so i can actually login?

    Server lag bad 20-50 sec delays so pointless to come up u lost nothjing :)
    i loged in and out just like in a past few days almost a week now since patch the kileld game finally :)
