"Patcher failed to download"

Hi i am trying to launch blackshot but the launcher keeps showing "patcher failed to download" and it closes itself. Is there anyway to solve this? Thanks!

    Hello wilsontwc,

    You can do so by checking if you have any anti-virus running in the background.
    If you do, 

    - Do whitelist BlackShot launcher in your anti-virus

    If that didn't work:

    - Temporary turn off your Anti-virus to see if it is indeed causing the issue.

    If still that didn't work:

    - Try download our Launcher only instead: (click the link below to download the launcher only file)
    <Launcher only download>
    *Do ensure that you delete your old launcher before downloading the new launcher*

    If all else fails, it might be your ISP causing the issue. If the problem still persisted let us know.
