a new place for posting WTBs and WTSs

I'm fine with in-game market deciding the price, but from what I've observed as a newb, current price margin is too high.

for example, a universally used item such as SSIP should have a very stable price. From what I've seen, the price call ranged from 25m to 35m a piece.

Notice I'm not complaining about how low or high the price is - I'm concerned about the large range of its price calls

This results from the Maris server having no reliable place that records past WTSs and WTBs. Papaya forum has a marketplace sub-forum, but its search function is dreadful. No reliable lookup of past prices can happen there.

I was just going through Ivyro, and noticed that it has a link to a google group named "UWODB"


Currently its deserted, but I think it has a lot of potential.

This UWODB group could function as a marketplace where people post their WTBs and WTSs, and preferably their in-game IDs so people could send messages for trades they find plausible.
Search function within this group is superb (since its google), so people can get a sense of the recent, market-going price level.

This is not to say that people can't buy at lower or higher price than normal. If someone wants something badly, she/he will be willing to call WTB at higher level than the most recent posts of WTSs, and vice versa for someone who wants to sell something quickly for ducats. An active market forum with reliable recording and search function can cater to the formation of free market.
