Unable to Run Game

   As of today, I am unable to get the game client to run.  Attempting to run it directly from it's directory in Papaya Play yields the same result.  Running it brings up a user account control window asking if I want to allow the program to make changes to PC.  I approve, the window disappears and nothing happens.

Thoughts, insights appreciated.
