How do I transfer my OGP UWO account over to Papaya

I never got an email I only found out that the game transferred services when I went to investigate a rumor I heard that is partially irrelevant now. So I missed the transfer period am I really screwed out of years of work or can they manually transfer it over?

    When they moved they wiped all data. We all lost everything.
    The 'transfer' only gave those returning a few boosters and a few ship parts.
    Not really a big deal.
    If you can stomach starting over fresh, we would love to have you back.

    There is a good event on at the moment to give help to newcomers and returners. Includes skill boosts and exp boosts which speed up developing your toons. Lots of new things too - build any standard ship from R1.

    It's a great time to get back into the game.
