Wr cash problem

Just came back from a 4 year break. Tried to buy wr cash from the website to start lvl up with gold premium etc.
But it didnt let me... apparently i have to be lvl 7 to do so? question is, can i do this anyway somehow?

    According to this topic: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000393434-Minimum-Requirement-for-Purchases- you have to meet their so called 'purchase requirements' in order to buy ingame cash for any game Papaya Play owns. Requirements for WarRock:

    [War Rock]
    You must wait 1 day after registration and your character level must be 7.

    I recently made a new account and wanted to buy items and I couldn't because of this requirements. I contacted a HGM on Discord and asked why I was not able to buy anything while I have seen several newcomer players having premium and other stuff which you can buy with WRC.

    He didn't have a clear answer on that question and said to me that my account might be bugged. Today I tried to buy WRC again and now I was able to do it. So to me it seems you only have to wait 1 day after registration and the level 7 limit is just nonsense.

    Yeah, i am Lvl 2 and i want to buy wrc but dont let me, I made account 2days ago.. but thru Steam dont see problem, but still afraid to but money on the line.. its realy stupid to be lvl 7 to buy wrc..
