I have a problem: i made the download of warrock and i can enter until it ask me password and nickname, but when i insert that informations nothing happend. The password and the nickname that i put are  that of papaya account. It says me nothing, i mean it doesnt says me that the password or nickname are wrong, when i confirm for enter in the game i hear just a click but nothing happends. What can i do?

    Dear @ONightmareO,

    Are you trying to enter the game with an old account (from Nexon or before)? If so, there was a migration which ended on August 2017 and all the data that was not transferred has been deleted and we cannot recover it. 

    On the other hand, if you're trying to enter with a new account (which you have just created in Papaya Play), then could you please check if you're email has been verified? If not, please verify it.

    If nothing of this solves your issue, please let us know.

    good day,

    same for me. i want to log on with a new account. but i can click the: "OK"  button al i want. but it does not want to go to server list

    i thought i'd give this game a try again played this game in beta :P
