Need guidance with the Sagres school.

I created a Dutch toon and followed the steps in this post:

Now that I've landed in Sagres is there a way to enroll in school or do I just start taking quests from the mediators?

    the mediators have all the school quests between them for all levels, just take all you can/need until you see the finals as an option.

    if you have never before played this game i suggest you actually read the messages from those quest at least partially.
