{HELP} KICKED OUT OF THE GAME AND WENT A RANK DOWN

Hello, 

i wanted to find a competetive game and it took 1 min,
after that i got a message that said you are idle for to long and it kicked me out of the game

now i restarted the game and i went from gold v 1303 points to silver 1 1260 points.

can someone explain what happend here and can i get my rank back??

and also 1 thing i spend over 50 $ on cases and i got a gun for 7 days, out of nowhere it was out of my inventory and there was no message of expired gun date...

please help me.

    ok so just played another game after this post, and i joined a mid game competetive GAME!!!

    and again i recieved a message of that the servers are broken and got kicked out again!!

    please fix this and i want my rank back!!
