logging in and character creation

when im logging into my account i go to a place with two blue crystals. not the character creation screen. what have i done wrong?all id like to do isa create a character and start playing the game. please lewt me know what i can do to start playing. im using firefox and i have norton but if i got this fasr its  got to be game software related. whats preventing me from getting to the correct screen?
