Fix your mute system...!

Look, I'm a person who can't play without his wide mouth open and keep talking so...there was some guy in our team who was AFK and he pissed me off so I typed AFK in the chat 3 times then got muted, and been waiting for hours and didn't get unmuted, it should be maxed to 1 hour, not 24hours or so...it's my first time being muted so please fix this shitty system cause it's really inconvenient.

    According to our ban rules, if you insult, you'll be muted for 7 days. We won't be unmuting you.

    In addition, if you see someone provoking, do not hesitate to take a screenshot and send it to us. We will then be able to take action against that. 

    PS: For your information, there's a command (/blistadd nickname) that can be used not to see the messages of certain users. I invite you to try it out yourself.

    He was not talked about insulting or geting ban :) he got muted cause tiped same message 3 times in chanel, for example i did tzhis once and got muted a day:
    1)i got message from friend and i wrote "HAHA"
    2)was hearing a joke on TS i have no mic so i wrote "HAHA"
    3)sb was moking with haha so i wrote him back "HAHA"

    And i got 1 day muted for haha :)

    Maybe i am mistaken and HAHA not mean a laughter and it is some sort of insult i never heared about, just like his

    I always imagined the customer service to be awful. I'm not surprised, though, now knowing the HGM can't even read a forum post properly. 

    On-topic - A simple solution would be to stop spamming.

    If someone is AFK more than 2 minutes, they should be auto kicked out of the game, enough said.
