Am I the only one who noticed that Papaya removed Vagrant's Wear / Forbidden Alchemy Book from the reward for spending 16,500 UWC?

Anyone purchase 16,500 UWC thinking they would get VW for FAB if they spend that much UWC only to find out today (9/26) that this is no longer happening?

    They clearly announced the change in the login messages some days ago, so whats sneaky about it ?
