SCAR Omega/Aurum and permanent weapons from gachabox

Hi GMs
I have two questions.
How does some players got scar Omega/aurum? Why?
How can i get on, too?
Sec question: Is it possible to get permanent weapons from gachaboxes?

Hello JObroWGA,

The SCAR Omega was part of the Veteran Supply Packages (Tier: Commander) and is currently not purchasable. The SCAR Emas (or as you said "SCAR Aurum"), however, was & can still be obtained from the Gachaboxes.
