GM Auction - I don't understand

First question, how can i participate in both Bingo and the Auction at the same time, or don't they start at the same time?  
I kind of understand the Bingo idea, but I don't understand the GM Auction very well.

Lets say I want to participate in the auction.
Ok, so I join World Chat.  How am I supposed to see the Google Form?  On Google? on UWO? on my email? Somewhere else?
I bid, the dice rolls, I win, how do I pay? with Cash or Checks it says?  Real Money? On Google?, On UWO?

Can I see other bids, like on EBay, or is this a silent auction?  Can I bid again if it looks like I bid too little?

But if someone bids almost nothing, and their number is #50, and that is what comes up on the dice, they win, so why bid more than what is needed to be in the top 50?  How can I tell if I am in the top 50?

And I am supposed to do all this while I am paying attention to the Bingo call out?

Someone please, please, provide a better explanation of what is going to happen

    They did it before.

    They did it AFTER bingo was over.

    When the auction starts they publish a link to the form where you enter your bid.

    You have limited time to bid.

    Bids are in ducats.

    Bids are SECRET, so you can only guess what will get you in the top 50.

    Bidders are ranked by bids from highest to lowest.

    Winner is randomly chosen from top 50 bidders.

    Winner pays what she bid.

    If winner cannot pay with ducats and/or checques ON CHARACTER, next bidder on list becomes winner.

    Guessing numbers has to be hardest part because there is no way for u know whether u are in top 50 or not ,but they did mention minimum of ducats for top 50 one time. Unfortunately, 3 of ships would have to be at least 2b or more. Good luck.

    the odds of winning was very small.out of 50 most players using 3 toons  so that knocks it down to only 17 people in the top 50.thin if u take in to account some trolls who probly tossed fake info on to the google thing they had set up maybe even less .aka fake names to take up space,
    Over all not well planed if at all.

    Let me host the Auction event I'll make it fun I can do it Mondays and Sundays. Auctions without the show part of it just aren't exciting hit me in my DM if youre interested I gets the party started I did over 3000 auctions on UWO

    Also if you're going to do a GM Auction do it in Papaya Play coins so you can make some $

    I can't possibly be CPCwind I would need a 1 inch candycane and an intense desire to compensate for it by banning people in a fictitious video game world. :P
