WRC error cant buy things ....

hi there , 

if i want something to buy from the shop online or in game from warrock i get an error?

in warrock shop i see this on my screen : you must wait for 15 days before trying again.
switch to server does not help ?
at warrock online shop he says the following : Request Error?

    I shouldn't help u but i will... just change the server and it should be work! Dude don't waste money for that shity game!!! Maximum 40rooms per day! What is it? People just leaving warrock and I am not surprised... laggy game, bad graphic still in the same place like 2007 -.- which is ridiculous... change the game for ur own good... ;D

    Log into the other server and it works fine.

    Cause at this moment i would like to have a refund on my WRC!!!
