Fake GM assistant impersonator in lobby, where do I report ?

Hi, 
There is this guy, his name in game is: iCon_
He is asking other players to give them their username and password and he will send free 1500 gems. he also said that, he is a GM vanilla assistant and will send free gems to good players, I took a screenshot of it, when whispered a msg to me.
