Feeling disappointed for buy using gems but i cant change my name by using this symbols. such as ™®©

i hope GM could help me to make happy about this..

    Hello rie...

    Sadly it is not possible due to the limitations towards our Game system. 

    We would gladly assist you on this however, unique symbols are not recognized in our BlackShot in-game fonts thus, it is not possible.

    Tq for regarding this information..

    Really miss those special symbol.. for my personal IGN looks more official.
    Plus it makes money though, if this would happen i would be happy just for my
    official IGN.
