How to communicate with Community Advisers

Hello Everyone,
I can't seem to figure out how to communicate with the Community Advisers.
I've tried sending a friend request, but the system says the name does not exist.
I've tried "Tell" on Chat, but the system says that no message was sent.
I've tried spelling the character name by itself, and with (CA) in front of the name.
No luck either way.
Appreciate suggestions on what I am doing wrong.

    Make sure you have the right spelling. On the log in screen all of them are listed. Take from there

    Maybe they were not online at the time?

    You can also try asking for them in chat. If they are on they will most likely respond.

    It was the [ brackets, not the { that I was using.
    Only connected with [CA]BlakeC, but now I know what I was doing wrong.
