"You must wait 15 days before trying again"

I purchased my frist ever warrock gold today but when I try to buy something from the shop it says :"You must wait 15 days before trying again" Or it says the following: image

Anybody had this and know why? And how I can fix this?
I tried different servers but it gives the same error.

    Anybody had this and know why? And how I can fix this?
