I spent 700 WRC for the famas epic 8th_slot pack and i lost my WRC without receiving the package

    Please, remember that items purchased with WRC in-game can be found on the inbox (a section of your inventory).

    On the other hand, items obtained through the website will be sent to your post box (located on the top right of the lobby screen) and they have a storage period. After that, the item will disappear from the post box.

    If you had any issue with a specific purchase or your post box items have expired, do not hesitate to send a ticket. We will be glad to assist you.
