If you want new players, make the game playable on new computers because as im speaking now the only platform i know are able to make 140 locked fps are only overclocked 7700k 8700k and 4790k

    I bought me a gaming laptop about a month ago and my FPS is consistent around 100-139 FPS depending on the map and it’s an i5-8300H with a GTX 1050Ti... I mostly only play BG so when I play engrene I hardly ever get above 120 which is ridiculous.
    I study the art of war in it's entirety. If you can play a quiet respectful game, you'll find me to be a loyal ally.
    If you're my enemy and you hear my m249 chugging, you better find some cover because I know my bullet drop.

    No perm weps is actually good thing. It gives the smooth flow of cash for the game owner and doesnt let the game overflow with the best in slot weps. 
    ( like we have problem with aw right now, or m249, or famas)  - every1 has them.
