The Get UWC was hookeed up to OG PLANET ?

I heard yesterday in game that this button was hooked to OG PLANET.
Was the sever reset just a scam, a fraud?

Is their a connection between the present Host and that shabby company and the people that ran it. RUN into the ground too.

Will another server reset happen in the future?

    Sounds unlikely, there's literally nothing that is the same about this button besides the way it looks.

    Yes, people who previously worked for OGP now work for Vertigo(mother company of Papaya play)

    My bad apparently it was linked to a wrong site, however the OGP site is down.. Probably just an old line of code. It was also added to the confirmed bugs list.

    Vertigo created a brand new child company Papaya Play to specifically host games from acquisition such as UWO.

    What it suggests is that they are ready to fail and in the worst case, the mother company gets away with any debt and liability.

    Papaya Play is likely a phoenix company of OGP, who owed too much debt from venture investment but could never delivered the expectation.

    A server reset would do the trick of renewing premium demand and attract new players. Compounding with a new phoenix company it gives everyone impression this is a new start.

    Reality is, however, that the way they run the game is like savaging on a sinking ship, even though the ship hasnt started sinking yet.

    I played a copycat naval game of UWO on mobile phone in the past month. It delivered everything we could ever dream of in uwo.

    Auto sail (offline as well), auto quest hint, modern graphics, global team finding, scrutiny on money transfer and reselling, abundance of events, daily quests, sea region supermacy every day., built-in help and wizard, smooth main quest line, easy to click UI.

    Unfortunatey it is operated in China, with no English
    support. I wish it has an international server soon.

    This is what I dreamed of UWO many years ago and i expect UWO be morphed into a more user friendly naval game powerhouse. But UWO and Koei disappointed me.
