UWO returns to Steam again, will we be able to transfer account to steam

    I suspect not. The first thing the Steam launcher will do is get you to create a Papaya account.

    But why would you would want to in any case?

    Having Papaya account wiped once steam launches is closer to the truth. :P

    There shouldn't be a wipe. The existing server should stay as is.

    There SHOULD be a new server with ONE PLAYER PER IP! With inflation as bad as it is now, the new players to the game wouldn't stand a chance and wouldn't stay around long.

    That's odd. When I started playing this game not one ship was worth more than 1billion.
    Now NC mat ships are that much.
    So I would say that is inflation.

    there are many other things to spend ducats on in game.

    I have seen many UWC mat ships offered for less than a b - some even less than 500m.

    And when did you start playing ? There was a short period after the relaunch where people had lots of founders rewards they didnt know what to do with resulting in some absurd low prices offered AND asked.
    Plus there was a huge undersupply of cash resulting in people using other things like captains tickets as payment for expensive items like UWC ships making it somewhat hard to gauge ducat costs of same.
