    Dear @jbril1908,

    In order to activate the Premium, you have to move the item from your Postbox / Inbox to your Inventory. Once you relog, you'll be a Premium user.

    On the other hand, if you just didn't receive the Premium PKG you bought, please submit a ticket and attach your purchase history in it.
