Battle Royale coming to WarRock!

You've read the title correct :)

In the live stream earlier this evening Muziq mentioned that they are bringing Battle Royale to WarRock.

Here's a little about it..

Battle Royale
-Will only have 1 map - Island map
-Special made vehicle (like a humvee)
-Pick up med kits/ammo kits
-Lots of different weapons on each start up/spawn
-30 or 32 player rooms

I think this is a good step for Papaya and the WarRock community. Excited to play it already!

What are other peoples views on this?

    why fking Battle Royale??? 2018 are allot battle royale games........................ Battle Royale is not good for WarRock its not a game such as PUBG or Fortnite

    It's a great change to revive the playerbase along with the Steam release, I'm just seriously hoping that they will fix the lag and pay2win problems for the Steam release or else it could back fire hard since Steam will give it reviews according to 2018 F2p game standards.

    The map is actually looking quite large for just 32 players, very interesting.

    Also the text on the image above was talking about basic battle royale info and that you will get to choose your spawn location and you will spawn in random location within that spawn location and also some background story for how and why battle royale mode formed for WR.

    Sad but most likely true. Of course, battle royal games are the shit right now and nothings seems to be a better way to draw huge amounts of players. But that market is dominated by giants which are all better, newer and 100% focused on being battle royal games.

    Warrock is a game focused on something totally different with players playing the game for being the way it is / the maps the love. So unless many of them switch to the new mode and many new players join the game it is most likely that the new mode is being played for a few weeks. Then those players will return to the maps and modes they like and use the items they have paid for.

    Because, unless your computer is too old to run those newer games, there is no reason to restict oneself to an old veteran. Since using random items / weapons is much more fun when doing it while playing a modern game.

    Thus the time used to create this mode should most likely have been used to redo the existing maps and get the game into a perfect (better is not enough) shape. Because if that mode is not a 100% success it is pretty unlikely that those who gave Warrock a try will stay in an unbalanced / bugged game like this.

    The PR team at papaya needs to get into touch with a big streamer on twitch like shroud and pay him like a couple thousand bucks to do a sponsor stream if its a hit with him the game mode will blow up
