Can't buy the Bag Expansion Requestx1

Hi!
I've tried to buy a limited Bag Expansion Requestx1. I have 1035 UWC on my account, but when I push the "Buy Now" button, a "Something went wrong, please try again" message appears. Earlier I already bought one of this, but two is the limit. Please help me!
