PvP in this game is dead/broken

With all this gear giving high amounts of DDR, PvP res, and Crit damage reduction, plus other broken stats, no one dies anymore. All I see from "full geared" players is like 3k max damage to each other. Whats the point of PvP if no one dies and people just spam skills for 5 mins with 0 results.
