Random temp. bans?

Is it normal to get a temporary ban from a moody admin for no real reason?
Not that this 24h ban would bother me but like what the fuck, are we at this point again?

    You can ask the reason for your ban in a ticket. https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us

    If you think you got banned by a moody admin, address your ticket to a LGM and they might help you further.

    Thanks powner but I think Druida is right, I've also been banned for nearly 2 years on my main account for NO reason atall and suddenly got unbanned (from a perma ban) because the new admin I contacted after those 2 years was checking that case and had no clue why the brainless admin back then blocked my account. That's why I said "are we at this point again"...

    Just funny that people who have no idea of this game can ban people - who are playing WR for over a decade already - just because they are in the mood todo so, sad world.

    The best thing you can do is submit a ticket as stated, sometimes they do tell you why you was banned, however wait for the recent ban list to come out and that will have the reason why you was banned on there.

    Hey guys!

    I want to kindly remind you that we cannot ban / mute users just because the wind blows. We always need to provide evidence to the LGMs.

    If we ban / mute someone without a reason, we would be risking our position as HGMs. Therefore, it is very unlikely that your ban, @RememberThe5th, was done without being approved.

    Nevertheless, as you have been told, feel free to submit a ticket (if you still haven't) and we will let you know why you're account has been blocked. You can always appeal to your ban if you think it's been a mistake.

    Yo Mike, wasn't on this one. Bug abuse, lol what the fuck, is it a bug-abuse when asking a HGM for his age? Wow, interesting, didn't know what yet.

    Ye I had some bad experience with tickets the last 5 years so, nah thanks.
