shop doesn't work

he guys jimz here i got a problem with the shop on the website and inside the game.

everytime on the website i get a message that says : Request error.

And ingame i get a message : Try again in 15 days later..

Help please?

    Haven't came across the issue on the website so can't help you with that one, best thing to do on that one is to submit a ticket, could be a little issue with the website/billing.

    Regarding the ingame message. There are a few things you can do

    1. Relog and try again
    2. Relog and join the Night Watch server and try purchases there.

    I'm having the same problem now, relogging wont help
