Admin Abuse :(

This game was once glorious, and in some parts that light still shines. I've been playing my beloved warrock for over 10+ years. I've made it through the K2, Gamersfirst, and nexon days. I must say I was very optimistic to where this game could be taken with the new dev papaya. I started playing again roughly 2 months ago after a 2 year break. Everything was going well except for the occasional insult-er or cry-er, until I got muted (first time in 10+ years and 3 different developers). I was shocked to find out that I was muted so I went ahead and contacted customer support as I've always done when I had a problem over the years. Well long story short I asked why I was muted. As I expected I was given a generic response saying that I was muted for insulting. I then asked for proof of the alleged incident. Apparently you're not allowed to ask that question, because instead of being provided the proof, I was instead given 7 more days of mute.(I did not realize this was against the games policy) This instantly killed all optimism I had for the growth of the game. As we all know to well, without solid admins this game simply does not strive. I truly hope this game can reclaim its glorious state, although I do not see this happening if something does not change. To the devs at papaya, please get this under control as the warrock community needs you all to be Unified. We have been a very loyal player base over the years and we expect to be treated as so. (p.s. The dev who is responsible for this is [HGM]MaskedMan , is this the same dev that is known for admin abuse?) Please get this fixed, the warrock live stream held a month ago gave us all so much optimism, Please don't let us down.
