FPS Drops

Since a couple of years i've had some FPS drops which gives me one hell of a disadvantage.. 
My pc : Intel Core I7-3770 3.4ghz
16 GB Ram
Nvidia GTX 960
It really shouldn't have to do with my pc, so anyone knows how to fix it let me know :)

    Anything could really be causing FPS lag.

    Program running in the background.
    Components in your PC dying.
    Dust in your computer, slowing it down.
    Hard-drive nearly full, which causes PC to run slower, which will effect FPS

    The real problem that is causing fps to many players is that the engine of warrock isn't running on multicore. I heard somewhere that dream ex. Was working on it to change it from single core rendering to multicore rendering.. Warrock global is behind.. Warrock korea is already multicore gendering.. Why does it take so long it is annoying a little bit. Many many players left warrock cause the fps drops. Many friends i know left warrock cause the fps drops.

    Its sad.. But logic..
