Execute Parameter Error?

What does this message mean? It comes up when I try to load up the game. I have restarted my pc twice. I haven't tried to reinstall the game because I didn't want to go to the extreme if i didn't have to

I study the art of war in it's entirety. If you can play a quiet respectful game, you'll find me to be a loyal ally.
If you're my enemy and you hear my m249 chugging, you better find some cover because I know my bullet drop.

    Hi @Bamf249 Could you do me a favour and try launching the game from the installation path,

    C:\Program Files\warrockEU -> WRLauncher

    Report back to me if it works like that, could be a issue with your shortcut for the game.

    Also at which point does this error pop up? Game Start, or when loading up?
